Return / Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at heybearfishing@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted.
For Boxes: (Because Boxes are Packed per Order and Specifically for each month, we can not offer exchanges for items in monthly Bear Box Subscriptions and Bear Sacks)

Cancel Order
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours or sooner after purchasing. If you would like to check if it is possible to cancel your order, please email and include:
- Your Order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing
If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please email us and include:

A photograph demonstrating the quality of the item that was received:
There are some scenarios in which the order is received in poor condition due to poor carrier handling during transit. We realize these situations happen, and we will make them right.
Shipping
We use USPS as our primary shipping option. There are some scenarios depending on the area code being used, which will lead to the package being shipped either UPS or FedEx.
If you need to change your address to accommodate you better, please email us.
We will only be able to update the address if the order has not been committed to the fulfillment line. (Within 12 hours of the order being made). Any time after that, we cannot guarantee an address change will be made.
You can change your shipping address if your item has not already been shipped or committed for fulfillment (12 hours after order is placed). If you would like to change your shipping address, email us, and
include:
- Order Number
- Name on the Order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request and new shipping address
Make sure to include in the first email that the new address is included to lead to a greater chance of the address being updated on time for distribution.
Each product has a different shipping cost based on weight. Also, the zip code to which the order is being sent will have a variable on the cost as well.
Tracking
You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped. Typically orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 5 business days after the order has been packed and shipped.

Email us!
Email us with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, address, and item in the order). Our Customer Service Team will be a great resource to find this information for you!
You can track your package's progress more closely and accurately through the
shipping provider. Most likely USPS for domestic shipments.
Lead times for order shipping?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days before shipping. Also, keep in mind that during holidays, limited launches, or at the beginning of the fishing season, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience during those times.
Expedited shipping does not accelerate the fulfillment process
If the order has an invalid address and gets sent back to our facility, we will inform you that the order has been shipped back to us, and we will reach out via email to get an updated address to make sure you receive your product.
